I spent the first few days of 2016 in Seoul. It was also Ara’s first trip abroad. It was very exhausting but worth every second. On the first of Jan we took her to see her first snow. I would not change that for the world! I had an amazing start to the year and here’s to an amazing for to the few of you who still read this !!
This trip we rented a car and it marks one of the first few times I’ve driven left hand drive. To my utmost surprise, I handled it pretty well! (pats own back even though self praise is no praise) I find it remarkably helpful when traveling with Ara to have a car. She napped a lot while we were on the road and we were out most of the day, we could have our stroller and baby carrier on board. Also, I like going out of the city a lot when I travel and having a car just makes it a whole lot easier. One of my favorite places in Seoul is Haneul Sky Park. It used to be a landfill but that shouldnt be a deterrent for you. And most definitely stay at the Four Seasons if you can. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at peroid.
what a visionary
